I personally know Judy Mikovits. We are mutual collaborators working together on an indigenous outreach project (unrelated to these other current events). I have met few scientists in the course of my life with the level of courage, human decency, honesty, ethics and integrity of Dr. Mikovits. She has suffered tremendously for her unwavering insistence to be uncompromisingly truthful in the face of extreme–even horrific intimidation and personal cost.
By almost any standard Dr. Judy Mikovits has an unassailable degree of highly legitimate, credible experience and expertise in the arena of infectious disease and virology, and is one of the world’s most accomplished scientists in this regard. She understands what is happening from an insider’s perspective. As such, she “tells it like it is,” and as I watch this I experience a certain humility and breathless admiration for her brilliance and her candor.
We all need to listen closely to what she has to say, and we need to take it very, very seriously.
